Order and delivery

  • Return period: 14 calendar days.
  • Return cost: 20 lei (if we send the courier).
  • The return is packaged by the customer and shipped to the headquarters, according to the Return Policy.

No, we don't have a minimum order . We believe in flexibility, so you can order exactly the quantity you need, whether you're testing a new package or restocking.

Orders placed on the site enter our processing system quickly , which is why we do not encourage their cancellation . If a cancellation or modification is necessary, it is essential to contact our team immediately after placing the order , either by phone at 0758.307.307 or by email at [email protected] .

Changes or cancellations are only possible before an order is processed or handed over to the courier . Once it has entered the delivery flow, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

📌 Recommendation: before completing the order, it is recommended to carefully check all details (products, quantities, delivery address) to avoid any inconvenience.

Créateur does not have a physical store in the classic sense. There is a Pickup point located on Strada Drumul Bacriului No. 36D, Sat Rosu, Ilfov, intended for picking up orders, but it is not set up for direct sales to the public.

All orders are placed exclusively online, through the website. For logistical reasons and to ensure an efficient flow of orders, we do not encourage visits to the office without a prior appointment. In cases of personal pickup, orders can be picked up directly, only after telephone confirmation at 0758.307.307, to check availability and the possibility of pickup.

You can send us some pictures by email or Whatsapp at 0758307307 and briefly explain the situation, and our support colleagues will find the best option to solve the unpleasant problem.

Financial

Orders can be paid for using one of the following methods:

  • Refund (cash): payment is made upon delivery of the package, directly to the courier.
  • Card payment: securely, through a specialized online payment platform. (Shopify Payments/Stripe)
  • Payment order (bank transfer):
    – After placing the order, if the products are available in stock, a proforma invoice will be sent by email.
    – Products will only be shipped after payment confirmation.
    – To speed up the delivery process, it is recommended to send proof of payment to [email protected] .

The refund of the paid amount is made within a few days (maximum 14 calendar days) from the settlement of the return, to the bank account communicated by the customer. If the payment was made online , by bank card , the refund will be made automatically through the payment processor, and this process may take between 7 and 10 business days , depending on the bank.

Changing billing data involves canceling the initial invoice and issuing a new one, which is only possible within the same accounting month and for invoices with a value of over 200 RON .

To request a re-invoicing, an email is required to be sent to [email protected] , stating:
– the order number in question
– incorrect data
– the new correct billing data.

NO invoice changes are made for orders placed during the Black Friday Campaign or other very busy periods (Christmas, Easter Holidays, Valentine's Day).

You can find the invoice on the email you registered with or in your customer account in the Order History section of your account. All invoices are uploaded to the E-INVOICE system!

Products

We do not currently offer customization services. All available products are delivered exactly as shown on the website — without logos, pictures, or other personalized elements. We focus on fast and consistent delivery of our standard, ready-to-use products.

Quality is our number one priority. We work directly with verified manufacturers to ensure that every item – from kraft bags to handmade accessories – meets high standards of durability and finish. The products you see on the site are the same ones we use for our own projects, so we constantly test their quality.

The photos on the site are taken to reflect the actual colors of the products as closely as possible. However, there may be slight variations in hue due to different brightness and color settings of the screen you are viewing on (phone, laptop, etc.). We assure you that we do our best to provide an accurate representation.

Yes ! All products sold on www.createur.ro can be sold on SEAP www.e-licitatie.ro, the National Public Procurement System
