PS FILM - The film with the largest color palette

Opaque polyurethane film , with a thin thickness ( it is much thinner than the " Videoflex " film ) and an adhesive polyester backing . Due to the adhesive backing , the material performs very well in applications with difficult graphics or small letters .

Since 2008, the film meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class I toxicity standard, which allows printing (personalization) of textile materials for newborns.

The foil is cut in the mirror, and the thermal transfer is done using its own support.
- transfer temperature: 150° C;
- transfer time: 10-15 seconds;
- pressure: low;
- washing temperature: maximum 80° C, but it can also be dry cleaned.
The support is removed when hot.

Because PS FILM is made of polyurethane, the iron can be applied directly over the print and not on the back, as with regular materials.

Note: Due to the multitude of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the compatibility between the foil and the material to be printed. The transfer temperatures and times are indicative, being the results of our tests and practical experience. For an optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.

Recommendation:

For printing on cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blends and most synthetic materials. Being very thin, the film is recommended for applications where multiple overlapping layers are required.

Practical tip for easier removal of the material in a short time: after cutting the foil, place it with the backing on the lower platen of the press, previously heated for 7-8 seconds. By heating, the adhesive backing of the foil softens, so you can remove the excess material much easier, in some cases even in one movement (depending on the size of the letters and the complexity of the cut graphics).
