Foil with a velvety surface, with an adhesive polyester backing, for printing on common textile materials.
The foil is made of a very thin layer of PVC, over which a velvety layer is applied.

Meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 toxicity standard, class III , for items that do not come into direct contact with the skin.

The foil is cut in the mirror, and the thermal transfer is done using its own support.
- transfer temperature: 160° C;
- transfer time: 15-20 seconds;
- pressure: medium;
- washing temperature: maximum 60° C.
The support is removed after cooling.
It is available in 19 colors and is delivered in rolls with a width of 50 cm and a length of 25 m and is sold by the meter.

Note: Due to the multitude of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the compatibility between the foil and the material to be printed. The transfer temperatures and times are indicative, being the results of our tests and practical experience. For an optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.

RECOMMENDATION

For printing on cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blends and most synthetic materials (except nylon).
