Polyurethane film with a non-adhesive polyester backing. Although it is the thickest cutter plotter film, it guarantees easy cutting, peeling and application.

Thickness: 1000 microns

Thermal transfer data:
- transfer temperature: 155° C;
- transfer time: 20 seconds;
- pressure: high (4÷5 bars);
- knife for thick foils (60°);
- washing temperature: maximum 60° C. Wait 24 hours after thermal transfer. Do not use aggressive detergents.

Application instructions:
It is recommended to preheat the platen for 15 seconds at 150°C before applying the fabric to the lower platen and the foil to the fabric.
1. Cut the material in the mirror;
2. Remove excess material;
3. Place the foil on the fabric;
4. Press for 20 seconds;
5. Remove the cold support.

It is delivered in rolls with a width of 50 cm and a length of 25 m and is sold by the meter.

It is available in 7 matte or glossy colors: white, black, yellow, red, green, blue and navy.

Note: Due to the multitude of textile materials on the market, it is necessary to test in advance the compatibility between the foil and the material to be printed. The transfer temperatures and times are indicative, being the results of our tests and practical experience. For an optimal application, it is recommended to pre-iron the material to be printed.

RECOMMENDATION

It is applied to cotton, polyester, lycra and combinations thereof.
